This is great and it helps a lot on my personal and professional growth.
After 10+ years in software engineering and leading cross-functional teams for companies, I decided to build something of my own—something that solves a real, everyday problem I've faced as both a developer and a creator.
AssetCurrent is a next-generation Digital Asset Management (DAM) system built to eliminate the chaos of collaborative file handling—especially in creative workflows where assets are constantly being produced and refined.
Shared folders and cloud drives don't suit creative workflows. They quickly become disorganized, unclear, and hard to scale. Teams waste time restructuring folders, updating docs, running extra syncs, and onboarding becomes a slog. Most companies end up patching the problem with spreadsheets, general-purpose task tools, or costly in-house apps.
Traditional DAMs don't solve this—they're still built around folders and static files. AssetCurrent changes that. It treats each asset as a living process, with source files, references, discussions, and output variants all in one place.
It's simple, unopinionated, and flexible—supporting uploads, external links, and raw text so you can transition gradually without disrupting your workflow.
And unlike enterprise DAMs locked behind booked demos and premium pricing, AssetCurrent is open to everyone. Try it instantly with a generous 30-day free trial—no booking required. Simple, powerful, and affordable. Built for teams that move fast.
This is my first fully independent launch, and I'd be grateful for any feedback—on both the product and the landing page. I'm also very interested in hearing what features you’d want in a system like this. AssetCurrent will evolve rapidly based on real-world needs.

That's actually a good idea. Our corporate cloud drives are always a mess. I'm tired of having to clarify with colleagues where we moved the updated materials every time. But how is the download speed in this app?
@justice_karmela_dionio , we are using high-speed CDNs. From my impression, videos are served as fast as on YouTube.
