Within online news media analytics products (used by comms/PR folks) reader-focused data is under-represented. Left with no choice social media interaction data has emerged as the main metric for everything from the share of voice, volume, sentiment etc. Arkreach focuses on reader behavior on online news media sites across media categories and geographies.
