Improving the quality of the videos they share could be a significant benefit for job seekers. Are there features for enhancing the presentation, such as the ability to refine or polish the content?

" - We address this by currently allowing people to handle the recording themself with the tool of their choice. - We do recommend tools like OBS or other video recording tools. - After they record their interviews they can use the tool of their choice to remove objects from their background or enhance the colors, etc. - In the coding interview Apply Script does the recording.

Interesting concept. However, I'm concerned that the answers can't be customized for each company. It would be great if the AI could generate responses tailored to the situation, but then again, that could lead to the issue of providing false information.

@hikaru_nagashima Issue: - The issue with customization is that most businesses tend to ask the same questions as most other businesses. - It would be a step in the right direction, but only halfway. The goal here is to revolutionize hiring and interviews, not just iterate from real-time interviews to pre-recorded video interviews. Solution: - With standardization, we can make an objective "apple-to-apple" comparison of the answers that applicants provide, similar to how the GRE is used for graduate school applications. - What we really need, and can offer, is specialization in these four professions at Apply Script (Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Analyst), each having their own set of slightly different technical interview questions. - By taking the union (in set theory terms) of the questions that businesses typically ask, you end up with a more comprehensive set of questions than any single company would use, ensuring that we cover all your needs. - Also, the less people customize their interviews, the more they are compelled to provide the one answer they genuinely mean, rather than changing their responses for each CV or interview for different job posts. AI: - This is an MVP launch, but I can see use cases for LLMs, including multi-modal ones. - This is something I am looking into, but I also understand that people's lives are at stake here. I want to ensure that a system like an LLM operates fairly and makes objectively optimal decisions.
