applai.me is the only tool you need to land a job: improving your CV, writing a cover letter, or preparing for an interview - all is there! Enjoy and may the AI be with you!
Hey PH community 👋
I'm super excited to launch applai.me today and share it with you all! Thank you @__tosh for hunting!
Finding a job in today's job market can feel impossible. Here are 3 challenges most job seekers face:
- How to make sure your CV passes screening?
- How to write a great cover letter and spend less than 2 hours per application?
- How to prepare for the interview if there is little on Glassdoor and YouTube?
RecruitingTech is developing quickly, and AI is deciding if you are to get an interview. However, the approach for a job application and interview preparation of many is too old school.
To help job seekers during these tough times and allow them to improve both the quality and quantity of applications, I've created applai.me. It has 3 main features:
❓ Interview questions generator
If it's not FAANG or an S&P500 company, it's hard to find many resources online. With applai.me, you can get dozens of potential interview questions based on the position, company, and industry. Want to practice a specific type of questions? Easy! You'll never run out of questions to practice.
📊 CV match
AI won't write you a great CV, but it can help! Get the main keywords from the job description and check how your CV matches them. Ensure that the CV will pass the screening.
📝 Cover letter generator
Write stunning cover letters tailored to the specific job position and created based on your CV. Even if you don't want to have it entirely written by AI, it can inspire you greatly!
Even though AI won't do all the work for you as good as you could. It can still greatly support improving and speeding up the process!
Please let me know what you think! Your support will be greatly appreciated!
I really believe that this idea is more ingenious than we can think in the first place.
At first glance, one could think that any AI application is able to provide this kind of feature...
However I think on the opposite that an app dedicated to this task will surely be more useful and better at the end.
Example Deepl dedicated 100% to translation while you also have this kind of function in the office suite or google docs...
In fact this is a great idea, but you should not stay in the standard functions... Why not imagine the possibility of joining real tests from large companies and use UGC of real interviewers to improve the solution. Just some small suggestions... Let's and see.
