AppifyText.ai v2
Turn prompts into ready-to-use internal tools
Build production-ready internal tools from a prompt. AppifyText v2 generates ready-to-use apps with user roles, dashboards, public views, and customizable UI – all structured on DaDaBIK’s mature no-code platform, no hallucinated backend logic.
Two years ago, we launched AppifyText as one of the first AI text-to-app tools. It let you build a working app from a prompt – a powerful concept, but the first version was limited.
Today, we’re launching v2, which takes things to the next level.
Here’s what’s new in AppifyText v2:
🔹 Smarter prompt comprehension. It now understands complex instructions much better.
🔹 Richer app content. Apps are more detailed and structured, with things like master-detail relationships automatically detected.
🔹 User roles built from prompts. For example, you can say “Sales reps and customers can access the app,” and it sets up user groups with sample users and permissions.
🔹 Public-facing views. Great for things like catalogues that need to be accessible without login – and it designs layouts based on your prompt instructions.
🔹 Automatic dashboards. Just say “Create a dashboard showing the number of orders per product,” and it generates meaningful visual charts for you.
🔹 Smarter UI design instructions. You can now specify things like: • “Use shades of gray as the main UI colors” • “Create a dark theme for the app”
Apps are still generated on top of DaDaBIK, a mature no-code/low-code platform. This means you can export the result and tweak it fully with no-code tools, or add your own PHP and Javascript code if needed.
AI + classic nocode platform Vs. Vibe Coding
AppifyText uses a stable no-code engine behind the scenes, so instead of hallucinated backend logic, you get structured, production-ready apps.
Of course, there’s a trade-off: you don’t have the same open-ended freedom as with raw AI tools. But do you really need that freedom for internal tools? Probably not: for dashboards, CRMs, admin panels, booking systems – structure is often a strength, not a limitation.
🎥 I also recorded a full 4-hour YT video showing how to build a complete library management system from scratch – backend, frontend, deployment on a custom domain, adding custom PHP code, integrating both AppifyText and DaDaBIK.
I’d love your feedback: feature ideas, critiques, or thoughts on how you’d use this approach in your workflow.
My team has been testing and prototyping with Dadabik for a couple of months and tying in the AppifyText to our workflow is a game changer. I firmly believe it will allow us to prototype in minutes what would have taken days. This allows for a different "Fail Fast" mindset where we can try and demo to the end users various options so they can better "see" and then actually use the options to make more informed decisions resulting is less rewrites. Tying this into Dababik then alleviates the need for the basic CRUD and user management as it is built into the Dadabik model. This will be a force multiplier allowing our small team of three to create and develop at a team size of 4-5 times as large. We believe in this so much we have changed our development platform from python and node.js to PHP to better align with the Dadabik and AppifyText models. We have found some minor issues and are creating a wish list of augmentations that would further enhance its value for an enterprise development platform but even at this version 2 level it is amazing and useful in everyday development. We are using the 4 hour video made for AppifyText v2 as a Bootcamp for our developers. It is so comprehensive it will take a developer who knows nothing about Dadabik and Appifytext to a useful level in less than 4 hours! In addition, our custom chatbot we fed with all the documentation and video transcripts is now another AI tool that speeds up our development by answering development questions. Even if you do not have any intention of changing or using I would recommend you look into Dadabik with AppifyText to see the possible.
@bill_mcintyre Thank you so much for this detailed feedback.
You really got the spirit of AppifyText + DaDaBIK. The whole idea is exactly what you described: using AI to build fast and DaDaBIK’s solid no-code/low-code backbone to refine and deploy, combining speed with stability.
Switching your stack is a huge proof of trust and I’d love to hear more about your wishlist – feel free to share it here or via email (if you haven't posted on the feature suggestions forum yet). DaDaBIK & AppifyText are continuously improving based on real-world use cases like yours.
I’m also glad the 4-hour video is valuable as a developer Bootcamp, that was exactly the intent.
@eugenio_tacchini 100%. We will share our wish list with you once we have verified that is already is not possible with the current feature set. I appreciate the responsive nature of your communications and look forward to working together to improve an already great platform going forward.
