Hello, I'm the maker of Apollo Co-Pilot Beta. Our service is straightforward: you upload a video of your workout, and AI analyzes your technique, providing advice on what you're doing right and what needs improvement. The service is built on GPT-4 Vision and is currently in beta, with a limit of 100 analyses per day. This limit is due to the restrictions of the OpenAI API itself. We're awaiting an expansion of our quotas. Our future plans include launching a mobile app and offering the option to receive feedback from coaches as well. For the best analysis quality, it's better to upload exercise videos that are about 15-20 seconds long. This helps the AI give you the most accurate feedback. Thanks for keeping this in mind!

Wow, it's so useful tool! I usually try to find a mirror when I'm exercising but in many cases it either disturb me or I can't find a mirror with a proper angle
