Overall, I'm impressed with Apple's commitment to innovation and design. Their products are beautiful and user-friendly, and their ecosystem is seamless. However, I do think their pricing can be a bit high, and their closed ecosystem can be frustrating at times. ✨
Hi everyone!
Apple's next-gen CarPlay, called CarPlay Ultra, is here. It’s a much deeper way for your iPhone to work with your car.
CarPlay Ultra can now run on AII your car's screens, including right in front of you on the instrument cluster – showing your speed, maps, and car info. And it’s not just for music and messages; you can control actual car settings like climate directly through CarPlay, without switching to the car’s native system.
Automakers get to customize the look to match their brand, while you still get to personalize it. That's cool.
Beginning in the U.S. and Canada, CarPlay Ultra will be available for Aston Martin’s core model lineup, and will expand to include vehicles globally in the next 12 months.
Unified interface appeals to tech enthusiasts! 😄

Although I use CarPlay regularly, I think this is an unclear path of development, and I'm not sure how many manufacturers will be willing to cooperate. Instead, it makes me feel like it's specifically customized for Aston.
