This application has been designed due to limitations in the native Shopify reports. With our Advanced Reports app, customers can have literally any report they need. In addition, we provide support with 100% configuration needed reports by our team.
Two years ago I have enjoyed the team that has a nice reporting app. But it was not enough for success.
Now we grow into a really awesome product and I loved it.
It is crazy reporting combine with automated emails and a lot of customizing options to cover the most specific customer requirements.
Some customers are happy with built-in reports. It's ok.
But the other large part of our clients demands a specific report. And this is where our most favorite job in the world begins :)
From several dozens of tables and several dozens of columns, one table is built which will contain all the necessary information and which we will then provide to our client as a finished report.
Here our developers have done the impossible, and I am still fascinated by the work done.
For example, for the bakery. The delivery date contains in the tags or in the notes to the order. It is not a good way if you have a large store with a hundred orders per day, so orders from the different days can have the same delivery date. It is a real nightmare if you use just native Shopify reports.
But we were able to extract dates from the notes and tags and convert them to the date ranges. So our customers can just adjust the calendar with two clicks to get a report based on the delivery date. What can be easiest? :)
Another customer sends me another specific request.
So after a while, we configured our reports to use them as Inventory forecasts.
Where we able to show:
- average daily sales per item
- How many pcs of each product customer need for the past 30 days
- How many of each product customer has right now
- Difference between in stock and needed values to see if the product should be replenished.
- In stock Quantity of each product divided by average daily sales to know how many days you have in stock.
Now I can say that we can build probably any report.
If we can get the needed data through Shopify API,
then we can rearrange it in the way we need.
