The concept is very simple. Turn on the mode in the app when you want to focus. The app will ask you to type a reason for unlocking, every time when you pick up your smartphone

This. is. amazing. active time tracking is necessary and so much better than rescuetime etc. Exportable and a setting to remove the "dismiss" option would be magical.

@encima27 thanks for your interest! I agree with you that data export is important. It is in my roadmap already. About removing dismiss option also agree it would be perfect to have such 'strict' mode.
