We've felt increased productivity and much less stress and daytime drowsiness after an 8-hour hustle using Active Workday, so we're excited to share it with the world. The free-forever tier comes loaded with 80+ desk exercises. If you find it useful and want more variety, you can sign up for our subscription to unlock 300 additional Active Workplace exercises and routines. This includes office yoga, standing up exercises, office lounge exercises, and hand health exercises. Potential features on the roadmap are workgroups, stats, additional exercise packs, and more Pomodoro customization options. However, it will depend on feedback from you guys.
