Hello folks, Michał here. I'm a solo founder who builds mobile apps in the AI space. You can follow my journey on Twitter at @msmialko. 🔮 Generate audio Acryl was created for my kid. He loves listening to audiobooks, but some of his favorite books don't have an audio version. With Acryl, we can use AI to generate beautifully narrated books from text photos of his books. 🗣️ Character Voices What's even better is that Acryl recognizes different characters in the book. You can then assign a different voice to each character, which makes the whole listening experience 10x better. Plan for the future? My wife and I want to ultimately turn this app into the "audiobook center" for kids. We're in talks with publishers so that we can offer audiobooks in the app for a subscription fee (similar to Audible). However, we want to focus only on curated content. There's too much "content junk food" in kids' books. They teach our kids bad habits and behaviors. Our focus will be on making sure that 100% of the books in Acryl are editor-vetted and great for any kid.

Hi, Michal! I haven't tried the app yet, but I'm familiar with ElevenLabs, which you use in the project. Frankly, it sounds brilliant — to customize audiobooks for kids just like this. Congrats with the launch on PH!

@marie_kochetkova Thanks Marie! :) It’s great indeed. I hope this will help in getting more kids to listen to audiobooks. Such a great way to teach them….and give parents a moment of relief :))
