My long-term vision with A Billion Dreams is to contribute to science and technology by raising money to launch our own satellites, eventually enabling our organization to conduct biomedical research in space that will benefit many more people. HOW IT WORKS As part of A Billion Dreams’ fundraising initiatives, we have been granted the ability to send a golden dream plaque on a satellite launching on the SpaceX Falcon 9 Transporter-10 Rocket. This is where your dreams come in. With our Product Hunt launch, you and your loved ones can send your name (25 characters) or dream (up to 70 characters) on our A Billion Dreams plaque. After making your purchase, you will receive a form to fill in your information. You’ll have until September 30, 2023, to fill it out, which gives you plenty of time to consult with a loved one or think about the message you want to send to space. We’ll then share regular updates on the launch and the satellite’s progress as it orbits the Earth. We will also create a map that you can use to track its location in orbit around the Earth. I often looked up at the sky, and held on as much as possible to dreams I had in order to keep going.
