Congratulations! I like the idea but what if I don't make it as suggested to do X number of pushups? There is no option to select that? Also, I see it's never ending? How long is each set?

Thank You! @mehboob_meghani and Yes, you do have the ability to set the level that you prefer through the menu. For example, level 1 consists of 10 sets of Pushups, Sit-Ups, Squats, and a 1KM Run. This will gradually increase to more reps as and when the user feels good to move to the next level. It's based on realistic expectations set by the user themselves!
