This software does look cool, especially for the cases where your MacBook is already right in front of you.
But some people may not be aware: you can already type to your Apple TV from your iPhone or iPad keyboard by using the Remote app. Much easier to do searches and enter passwords on your Apple TV that way rather than using the arrow keys to choose letters.
