The Oregon Trail — Travel to Oregon from the comfort of your Apple II

At our next hackathon, I'm going to make a parody called Sand Hill Trail, and have entrepreneurs trying to get funded, but you get various startup-maladies along the journey ("Your VP of Sales got poached by Google!", "Your co-founder has dysentery", etc.."

Because we all need a little dysentery to remind us how cushy our lives really are.

Anyone else play this just to get to the hunting and fishing stages?

I used to play it pretty far into the game, but I kept dying of something...
