Just tried this out and immediately became an annual subscriber. I’ve tried guided meditation (Calm, Headspace) and binaural beats (Brain.fm) but this is the first light meditation I’ve tried and it’s a fascinating experience.
Do you have any links to primary research you can share about the benefits of this type meditation?
@jmilinovich hey!!! So glad you enjoyed your first experience ❤ There's not a huge amount of published research in this space (something we hope to fix real soon!). The best published work I can point you towards is this which looks more at the neuroscience and the similarities to psychedelic states (for which of course the research into the benefits is huge).

Getting more published research in this space from reputable institutions is right at the top of our to-do list though and we're already in talks with a few unis :)
