Solid free open source codebase – need a light IDE for web content with an AI assistant?

I was happy with how this turned out. It scratched my itch and sharing if it helps someone else. There's potential as a stand alone light editor for a web page (HTML, CSS, JS), especially for learning/teaching the basics with AI.
