Simple planning tools like excel are very helpful

@krishnaswamy_anand_ganesh Totally agree! Excel's like the trusty sidekick of planning – simple but super effective.

My technique boils down to whether I'm unmotivated or tired. It can be applied to anything basically. So when I'm unmotivated I just force myself to get started, by doing things I'll gain motivation. When I'm tired I do something less "demanding" that I consider productive still.

Gotta love the good ol' Pomodoro technique – work hard, snack harder! 🍅

I follow what Sam Altman once said regarding this very same question: startup life always tough or (aka suck), especially for founders. so when facing burnouts, the key is just keep pushing forward your product and keep working hard and dont letting yourself too comfortable or too chill, so whenever my motivation or productivity suffering, rewatching his talk about this gets me back on track everytime. that's just a little of my technique.

Batching tasks! Separating all the tasks into “types” of activity, like writing, brainstorming, messaging, etc. Helps to stay focused :)
