To me, what success looks like is for my team to be in a good place mentally.

It's a subjective thing. I believe that as long as you are happy and fulfilled, you have succeeded in life :)

@andrea_todorova1 Agree with this, it just happens to be the case that most people find fulfillment from shallow things.

The success of life is when I believe to have reached the full cycle of emotion and experience to always be able to foresee and act upon what is the right path to thrive and grow. Being able to always be confident and react properly to any kind of unexpected event, to me, that's a success. I hope to reach this state of being!
