What are the quick ways to reduce that you commonly use stress in the workplace?
I'm really curious about effective ways to reduce stress from someone.

There were a few times I thought my brain was gonna explode due to stress but I found the best thing to be just stop what your doing, clear your mind (its easier said than done), really try to just focus on your breathing, and just take like 10 to 15 minutes, and take long, controlled, full breaths. After that, just think about what your most immediate deadlines and tasks are, and just knock out one thing at a time the best you can. The more pressure that comes your way, the calmer you have to try to stay. Give it a try
