hey makers, How do fight with toxic productivity cult across all the media and culture? I personally feel anxious and demotivated every time I see anything like wake up at 5 am and blah blah stuff. When this cult with end? It's not real and it's not healthy

Hey Aida. Just know that social media is fake. People always put their best put forward and hide all their mistakes behind a screen. For every success they flaunt, a hundred failures are hiding away in the closet. Focus on yourself and do your magic :) It works for me.

Set your own goals, not that are set by influencers on social media. Productivity is not always a measure of self-worth, and that our value as individuals is not tied solely to our output or achievements.
