The most useful books for technical founders?

As a technical founder, it's important to change the mindset from a software engineer to a real user-problem solver and team player. Reading books can be one way to help. A few books that come into my mind now: - High Output Management, by Andy Grove (practical management tips by a former engineer!) - Crossing the Chasm, by Geoffrey Moore - Positioning: The Battle for Your Mind, by Jack Trout & Al Ries - The Hard Thing About Hard Things, by Ben Horowitz What's your list? :-)

I would highly recommend "Search Inside Yourself". It's written by a former Google software engineer who initially developed the content for the purpose of in-house training. The program was conceived with the goal of enhancing emotional intelligence through mindfulness. It's an essential read for anyone looking to work on their productivity and well-being.
