@richard_gao2 +1 here! While using 100s of different tools, if I imagine that they will be broken, the Gcalendar collapse will be a real catastrophe for business!

Try Loom! I am recording myself recently, and going through what I need to do during the day. It helps to put myself in a situation where I need to be active. Then I can easily share with the team if necessary. They get my word of the subject + the visual = perfection ;D

Honestly the more basic you go the better, at some point things like Notion, etc. are also a distraction by how vast they are. Choose your poison of Apple vs Google but -- Calendar, Mail, Notes is all I need.

I would like to recommend out own product. We launched our website „Tira“ today, maybe you want to check that out! Tira is an all-in-one solution for team collaboration. With features like a chat, a board for to-do lists, a calendar and many more. The idea behind Tira is to stop the constant app switching to keep in touch with your team, especially when working remote or hybrid! This is supposed to increase productivity and gives you the possibility to use your time for your work! We would be very grateful for some feedback so we can improve our product and can truly meet our customers needs!
