B2B sales and marketing teams https://folderly.com/email-warmup need to prepare their reps to have high-value conversations with prospects. This includes tailoring collateral and content to meet the needs of new buyers, so that sales reps are providing answers to the questions buyers are asking at each stage of the buying cycle. To enhance this process, organizations need to invest in technologies that provide real-time access to specific data, so reps can align themselves with what their prospects want and need – not what they already know

I'm considering join an ex-partner building a portfolio of small bets. He already has a few projects going but no strategy, marketing plan or community where he belongs. My plan to start is: - Map all projects - Ask for feedback on what people think are the best bet - Help him build and "launch" 1-2 each couple months. That said, which information do you think would be relevant to share and ask for feedback? My idea at the moment is: - Who are we helping - The problem we are solving - Time to launch - If already live, some stats (users, revenue, etc) - Any kind of preview (prints, etc)
