Start each call with talking about something outside of work

Use tools like Donut or make sure you schedule useful events like learning sessions/workshops [work-related or not]

@alexandracote What‘s your take on serendipitous vs. scheduled? I feel like "scheduled" socialising can come off as a chore sometimes?
