I spend a fair amount of time thinking through - half planning my moves. Not focussed on hyper-optimizing my productivity allows me to be less burdened in my tasks.
One quick thing that I learned that seems to work well for me is to group like-tasks together after pre-planning all that you would like to complete, of course. This allows you to focus properly without having to switch between tasks that are uniquely different and might require a different type of vibe, energy, or even "part of your brain" haha.
Hello,
With a Kanban Task Board on Notion and with the parameters to describe the task urgent or not and important or not and also the impact on the business.
And you?
Cheers,
