100%! It's normal to compare ourselves to our peer group but also very dangerous. Most of social media is highlight reels - you don't really see the negative PLUS it's fruitless to try to compare yourself to others - but that's a hard thing to tell the mind.

Everything in our world is known in comparison. But you just need to compare your present self with your past self and draw conclusions based on such a comparison✨
