Can you post MVPs on Product Hunt or not really?

Hi everyone, I've finished my MVP as much as I can being a solo team. It's unfortunate that the product I'm working on is nearly impossible to fully finish without any resources. So I've made the decision to stop development on it for now, while I try to raise awareness of my vision. My question, would it make sense (or is it allowed?) to post an MVP on Product Hunt that isn't a full product yet? Thank you for any tips!

Do you think it's a good idea to post my very unfinished product on here in hopes to attract a viable business partner? Or is this not the right way to go about using this site? I have 2 video demos but I am not ready to put this into the marketplace.
Would be great for you I think, you will have feedback and maybe your first customer :)
