If you are starting from scratch...chances are you'd have to leverage your personal network. Friends, former colleagues, investor relationships etc to get a head start. or target small startups (if they make sense). Most B2B buyers are risk averse and hard to target without initial traction.
We have really struggled with B2B marketing in the beginning, once we figured we should have targeted the people in the companies who are responsible of purchasing our product, things got much easier. Btw we just launched today, would appreciate your feedback:)

@ozgumusbusra @yash_gandhi4 Absolutely. You need to reach the right decision makers for Sale. I am curious how you handled marketing though. Also, checking out Insumo!

@aakrity_madhan The success I have achieved so far is primarily attributed to personal connections and recommendations. However, with a marketing budget, you could explore additional avenues such as organizing conferences and leveraging social media platforms to further amplify.
