I have been working on a landing page UI for last 2 weeks.
I am still not satisfied with it. My user testing shows that people are not understanding the value proposition. Should I ->

If its a value proposition issue you should work on messaging before anything else. Code and design wont mean much if you're not conveying what your value is.

Step back from the visual aspects and think about what you would want to know as a potentially interested customer.
- How will this help me?
- How can I use this? / What are others doing with this?
- How much will this cost me?
These three things should be at the forefront, and should trump visual design.
If you can relay this information in a wireframe or simple paragraph, you will be able to design a UI and UX that best compliments the information.
