As someone who has >10-15 years of experience in Tech industry, I wasn't sure how to augment my skillset or give back to the community or enhance my brand. This is when I started looking at avenues for thought leadership. There are only 2-3 ways to be a thought leader: - You write something that folks get inspired from - You say something inspiring - You provide your advice, inputs, opinions To tackle that, I have started EnsolAI - a platform to help professionals find the right opportunities to become thought leaders. To begin with, this will contain a list of conferences curated for your profile and a bunch of hackathons where you can judge / mentor teams - in the future, we will add podcasts, journal authorship, advising startups, mentorship, etc. We want to democratize access to opportunities at less than the price of a cup of coffee - which is our aim with Ensol.
