Truth is: Everyone has their preferences, and there's no right or wrong answer! But, It's always interesting to hear how we contrast the two and see what is the deciding "it factor" that makes people choose one over the other 😁 So, share your thoughts and insights below!

I always end up sticking with basics. Apple Notes, Google Calendar, Whatsapp message to Self, iPhone timer and reminders.

I would say an all in one. If you have multiple tools, half the time is lost in navigating between them. I actually think that one tool that makes managing multiple specialist tools might be the best

I have never found them that useful!

@keooo By them, do you mean all-in-one tools? Would love to know your reasons!

All in one of course. Even though sometimes all in one lacks features, the price and no need to find ways to connect multiple tools is a win for me

So far, I haven't found an all-in-one tool that satisfies all my needs. In reality, each tool excels in its specific feature or use-case. Therefore, for a specific feature or comfort, I end up using multiple tools.

All-in-one. We at FirstHR also share this view.

Multiple browser based tools are almost always better imo. Hyperlinks is usually all the β€œintegration” I want anyways. Downside is that cost is usually a bit higher

@andreas_toddle That's an interesting alternative, actually, multiple browser tools may also be easier to manage!

    Definitely an all-in-one solution

I personally prefer an all-in-one solution because it streamlines my workflow and reduces the need to switch between multiple toolsπŸ˜‰.

@lu_boolv Sounds exactly like the app that me and my team built πŸ˜†

I lean towards flexibility. Balancing power and flexibility during our product creation has been a significant challenge. However, I believe we've managed to achieve that in the end! Proud of my team for all their hard work leading to this day - Boolvideo is officially live now on @ProductHunt!

Definitely an all-in-one solution like Clariti. This AI-powered tool combines emails, chats, documents, and calendars into rich, context-based conversations. Having everything organized in one place, rather than juggling multiple tools, has significantly improved my productivity and ability to stay focused. @efficient_builder923

I'd prefer an all-in-one solution. Having all the necessary productivity tools integrated into a single platform will definitely make tasks more efficient.

I'd prefer all-in-one. Most of the times, I don't need a highly specialised product but need some basic functionality.

I prefer multiple productivity tools. It is better to use different tools for different activities rather than sticking with one tool for everything.

I'll vote for an all-in-one solution. Having everything integrated into one place will definitely streamlines my workflows and reduces the complexity of managing multiple tools.

Problem with all-in-one solution is that it impossible to include all of the tools and still have simple UX. So I would say that its better to have a solution that covers most of my painful productivity problems and it still should be relatively simple.
