What’s one feature you wish more SaaS tools offered but haven’t seen yet?

Better cross-tool integrations that actually work. And simpler pricing tiers, please!

I wish more SaaS tools offered built-in, customizable AI assistants that streamline workflows based on specific business needs.

One feature I wish more SaaS tools offered is seamless integration with all major platforms without complex setup. Many SaaS tools focus on their core functions but lack in easy connectivity. This would allow users to effortlessly combine different services they use, enhancing productivity. For example, a project management SaaS tool should be able to directly sync with various communication and file - storage platforms with just a few clicks.

Same question here! Would love to see more tools offer a built-in feedback mechanism to allow users to suggest and upvote new features. It'd make it so much easier for the SaaS companies to prioritize their roadmaps based on real user needs.

Definitely could use better granular permissions and access controls across team members and roles. Hate having to choose between all or nothing access!

Native integration with Zapier/Make to seamlessly connect different SaaS tools without complex APIs or custom code. And transparent, usage-based pricing instead of opaque tiers - only pay for what you actually use!
