    AI-powered homebuying apps could be a game changer. Automating the search process, negotiating deals, and streamlining paperwork would remove so much of the hassle. I'd be curious to see how the AI determines the best properties for each buyer's unique needs and catches potential issues. Could save buyers a ton of time though if it works well!

About that, we've made a comparable algorithm that takes the user's data and gives an x% match for the best properties selected. We also take the prices of nearby houses, price per square feet, closing price of similar houses near, and other metrics in place. You can check out our app here.
