In my opinion your Logo is to big, the "RESPONSIVE WEB DESIGN" part should be centered, the pageloading speed should be optimiced and ovrall i am not a big fan of your ui design, it seems a bit old, not realy modern or standing out, maybee you should get some inspo on dribbble.com.
But thats only my opinion, i hope it helped you :)

In my opinion button hover is so big in size in mobile size, You can add some page transitions on cards other pages not.
I think it looks nice in general but it would be nice to put the buttons in the left side of the navigation bar which is next to the logo, and the logo could be a bit smaller.
