    We're launching Fieldmobi Smart Notes on 3rd October! It's a powerful field team management platform that feels like a messaging app. It's for everyone who creates group chats to manage work updates and collect information from the field. (We all know how annoying it is when you have to scroll through tons of spam to find 1 important message). It takes messages and turns them into searchable and analyzable geo-tagged data that you can view on a map of download to Excel.     BEFORE LAUNCH: 1. Build an email list of every user, friend, family member, former colleague, fellow community member, and anyone else in your network who can support you 2. Look through your followers on PH, or people you follow, and find ways to connect with them and let them know you are launching 3. A couple of days beforehand, send an email to them and say you are launching on Product Hunt, explain what PH is, and how they can support you, and encourage them to register. DECIDE DATE OF LAUNCH: Monday - Thursday gets you the most engagement, while Friday - Sunday you are more likely to place higher (Go for Monday or Tuesday to target product of the week also) SOCIAL ACCOUNTS: 1. LinkedIn - Post for launch day 2. Instagram - Post for launch day 3. X - Post for launch day depends on your target audience. Hope this helps :)) Ping me for any other help. Actively engage with the Product Hunt community by supporting others, and writing high-quality reviews to make a lasting impression, and start doing this at least 1-2 months before your official launch. Aim to maintain a consistent presence. 2. Plan your product launch as early as possible, and don't hesitate to reschedule if needed. This will enable you to create a teaser banner with a "notify me" option. 3. Reach out to individuals, especially those who are actively engaged on Product Hunt. They are likely in a similar situation as you. Connect with them on LinkedIn to build a global audience, and ask them to follow your teaser and click the "Notify me" button. 4. Research other upcoming launches, even if they might be competitors or offer similar products. Some might not disclose their launch date, so remain vigilant. 5. Don't be discouraged by the prospect of multiple launch attempts. Success often comes with persistence. 6. Once you've garnered 200-250 followers who have opted to be notified, you can proceed with your official launch. 7. Prepare to communicate and express gratitude widely. Seek assistance when necessary. 8. Join relevant groups on platforms like Facebook and WhatsApp to offer and receive support. 9. Maintain an active presence on your social media channels to create anticipation. 10. Invest in creating compelling promotional materials, including an explainer video, detailed product descriptions, catchy taglines, eye-catching images, and a GIF logo. Some users will engage based on these visuals alone. 11. On the launch day, dedicate 24 hours to active participation, with a special focus on the critical first 4 hours. Reconnect with everyone you've contacted earlier and remind them about your launch. 12. Solicit reviews from people you know will genuinely explore and assess your product. Seek support from others who may not be familiar with your offering. Avoid requesting upvotes, as fake upvotes are subject to removal and could result in disqualification. 13. Distinguish between reviews and comments; they often reside on different URLs. Some users might think they've submitted a review when they've only left a comment. 14. Engage with everyone, provide assistance, and keep a watchful eye on your competitors. Strive to outperform them to demotivate their supporters. Be highly responsive and ensure no comment or message goes unanswered. 15. Share your launch in relevant groups, even if they don't bring substantial traffic, as they can generate a temporary spike. Maintain your active presence throughout the entire launch period. 16. If you plan to accept payments, exercise extreme caution. Ensure your payment system functions flawlessly, as charging customers without providing access can lead to negative reviews and customer dissatisfaction. 17. While having a Product Hunt "Hunter" can be beneficial, remember that only the maker's followers receive notifications, not the Hunter's.
