@shubham_pratap It depends on your target group and I cannot give you a general formula. If I were a factory worker who is in the work where I have to work manually from 6 AM to 2 PM, probably I wouldn't check my phone during this timeframe, probably I would check it during my lunch break at 11 AM and then after work. If I were somebody working in administration I would check it more often as I wouldn't be limited by factory "production standards" and would have "a comfort of working at desk opportunity". It differs, so probe your target audience, analyze statistics, and try different times to explore the best time that suits your business.

Do you think an Instagram profile for a business (B2B SaaS specifically) can attract sales? Or should this be used for personal profiles only?

@richa_sharma07 I would say that the probability is lower. Instagram has always been about shiny, glamorous, beautiful pictures that attract the sight of "ordinary" people. But it doesn't mean that a B2B SaaS account is not managed by a real person who is interested in a certain SaaS product. When I was in charge of B2B profiles in ad agencies, I used to only answer comments and post things. As soon as I managed the social media of a certain B2B company (in-house), I actively was searching for opportunities. I was more motivated and committed to improving our results. It is about the point of view, but if you know how to create content on social media (IG specifically) engaging for the target group, you can succeed on Instagram as well and turn your activity there into sales.

@busmark_w_nika thanks for a detailed marketing plan. Creating a powerful Instagram bio is all about clarity, personality, and strategic use of CTAs (Call to Action). Start with a clear description of what you offer, using targeted keywords. Infuse your unique selling proposition (USP) and a touch of brand personality. Most importantly, include a compelling CTA that directs followers to your shop, latest offer, or newsletter sign-up. Remember, your bio is a snapshot of your brand identity that can convert profile visitors into customers, so make every character count!
