    I will say my opinion based on my current position as a strategic planner working in a marketing agency, as you know as an agency we serve a group of clients, and they vary in terms of the contracts signed with them, some of them are large companies and others are medium. Based on these data, the priority of the work is scheduled so that the priority is given to the customer with the largest contract and tasks (my team and I start our day by following up on the work of this customer), and then the order of priorities is for the medium and smallest customers.

    I go with the flow as I focus on priorities. I opened a chat group for my team, so team members can post their requirements with deadline.
    Using Ivy Lee Method helped me trenmebdously. I plan up to 6 tasks for my work day, prioritise them by urgency and stick strictly to schedule 🙂

    I start by defining my overall objectives, for the upcoming week. This helps me align my tasks with my long-term priorities and by doing that, I can focus on what matters most. I try to avoid multitasking and focus on one task at a time and give my full attention to complete it on time.
