figma/figjam Questions? Perplexity. Need to look at em later? Open Notes/occasionally Notion. Most things that I need to really remember, I act on em right away so I don't like too much micro-level organization. I like it scattered in a pattern.

Besides that, Notion and Trello keep me organized with tasks and projects. Having the right apps really does make all the difference!
