  • 🤔 Do you think having a fixed morning routine is important for a good day, or is it just a myth?

🌟 Many people talk about their morning rituals—waking up early, meditating, exercising, and eating a healthy breakfast. While I see the benefits, I wonder if a strict routine works for everyone. Personally, I’ve tried different morning habits, and I find that being flexible often helps me more than sticking to a schedule. Some days I like structure, while other days I just go with the flow. 📜 As Maya Angelou once said, "Nothing will work unless you do." This reminds me that it’s not just about the routine but how much effort we put into our day, no matter how we start. 💬 What do you think? Do you have a morning routine that helps you, or do you prefer to take each day as it comes? I’d love to hear your thoughts! 🌅

I agree, I don't think it has to necessarily be a strict (same same) routine every day, but I do think investing time in your health (whether that's walking the dog, going for a run, meditating, or eating a healthy breakfast etc) will help to set you up in the right balanced mindset for the day ahead.

@emily_willis1 yup, agreed. But have you faced problem when you want to cover many things for health daily but because things are little unorganised sometimes and that leads to missing health schedules?

I think having some consistent morning habits can definitely help set a positive tone for the day. Doesn't need to be super strict, but things like getting outside for some fresh air, doing a quick workout or meditation, and eating a nutritious breakfast seem to make a big difference in my energy and mindset. The key is finding a routine that works for you and that you can stick with most days.

@oliviajanemiller nice 🙂 that's lovely to see how beautifully you have crafted your morning schedule. Do you do the same for rest part of the day as well? how do you prioritise and be creative at same time during day time?

I think a morning routine definitely helps set the tone for a great day! It's like a ritual that gets your mind right. Personally, I feel off if I skip my usual routine of meditation, quick workout, healthy breakfast. The specific routine is different for everyone but having those consistent AM habits seems to help lots of folks start the day strong 💪

A fixed routine definitely helps me, but I also value the days when I can just go with the flow. Balance is important!

For me, having a routine is key. It keeps my mind clear and productive. But I get that it might not work for everyone.

@teofilo_rassin nice 🙂, but as a UX person, do you find challanging sometime that creativity is going for a toss because of strice schedule?
