Blurry thumbnail?

Hi everyone. Did anyone else have an issue with the thumbnail image here on PH being blurry? I upload a nice crisp image, it even shows as it should on the left side where I added it, but the preview shows a significantly worse version. I tried both .png and .jpg, the size is recommended 240x240. Any help would be appreciated.
