It is great for organizing your e-mails, which I always struggle with, but the main difference for me is in the teams feature where you can actually share your inbox. This helps a lot with the flux of useless fowarded e-mails. Pros: User friendly, great feature for teams Cons: It was a little bit slow when loading, but they have launched a new version that seems really promising
